Pickup is at the Mocavo Coffee kiosk, Ajmera Avenue, Neeladri Road, Karuna Nagar, Electronic City Phase I, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100. We are open Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 4:00 pm - midnight, in India Standard Time.

Online slots are for the same day, at 10-minute intervals with at least 5 minutes of preparation time. The final pickup option is 11:45 pm. Select your time before payment and bring your order code. Choose At Mocavo to enjoy your order at the kiosk, or Parcel to take it away. We do not offer delivery.

Prices and payment

Menu prices are shown in Indian rupees. Milk upgrades are charged per drink. GST at 5% on menu items is shown separately before payment. Parcel packaging adds ₹10 to the final bill once per order, including its GST. At Mocavo has no additional packaging charge. Your selection and full total are shown before payment.

Preorders are prepaid. An order is confirmed only when Razorpay reports a captured payment and our server verifies the order, currency and amount. Closing a payment window, a screenshot, or a debit notification alone does not confirm an order. We do not collect full card details.

If payment is uncertain, use the saved receipt's payment-status check before trying again. Contact us if your bank shows a debit but the order stays unconfirmed.

Changes, delays and refunds

An unpaid order can be moved to another available pickup slot after its payment status is checked. For changes to a paid order, cancellations, item changes or delays, call the kiosk promptly with your order code. Cancellation may not be possible once preparation has started; your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

If we cannot supply a paid item, or your order is incorrect, contact us so we can resolve it, including an appropriate refund where due. Approved refunds go to the original payment method through Razorpay. Bank processing times vary. A pending bank authorization may be released without a separate refund transaction.

If you will miss your pickup, call us. Please do not assume an order can be held until the next day.

Ingredients and allergies

Our kitchen handles milk, wheat, nuts and eggs. Plant-based or lactose-free milk does not remove dairy from other ingredients such as cream, condensed milk or chocolate. Tell us about allergies before ordering; kitchen notes alone cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation.

Some printed and supplied dietary information is awaiting confirmation. Check with the kiosk when a product is flagged, particularly the Korean Cream Cheese Bun.

Your information

We collect your name, mobile number, pickup time, order contents, service choice, payment references and optional kitchen notes to prepare and support your order. Authorized staff can access these details. Our hosting and database providers process them on our behalf; Razorpay handles payment information.

Automatic WhatsApp confirmations are not currently active. When available, separately requested order confirmations may be sent through WhatsApp. That consent is not for promotional messaging.

Your browser stores the bag and private access credentials for up to ten recent receipts, available from Your orders. Session storage provides a fallback, and a signed, HttpOnly recovery cookie remembers up to ten authorised orders for 30 days so a refresh need not lose receipt access. Private tracking links open your order status and PDF receipt without a login; anyone holding a link can access that order, so share it only with someone you trust. An order code or phone number alone does not grant access. Clearing all site data and cookies, closing a private browsing session or changing browsers can remove saved access. Keep your PDF or private tracking link. Clearing browser data does not cancel a payment or delete the business's order record.

Order records are retained for fulfillment, support, accounting and applicable legal requirements. Contact us about access, corrections, deletion requests or withdrawal of messaging consent. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you; legally required records may need to be retained.

Guest review photos are published only with attribution, a link to the original Google review, and permission to republish. Contact us to request removal.
